The ability to effortlessly clip the phone onto an arm-band, then back to something you can clip onto a pocket or belt, is fantastic! The case is hard and protective, but seems a little less substantial than the case for the 3G. Also, unlike the 3G case, there are no protective film covers for the front. These small problems aside, I should point out I've tried several cases for my iPhones, and this is by far the most useful. You don't have to thread anything through anything to convert it to an armband, but at the same time the clip ensures that, as an armband, the phone is really secure.
